    How will I get from the airport to the hotel?

    Once you have confirmed your reservation a confirmation letter will be sent to your email account. On the confirmation letter you will be able to find our transportations department’s toll-free number and email. It is important for you to contact us via phone or email to provide us with your flight information at least 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. Your flight information will be confirmed with you over the phone 15 days prior to arrival with a verification call from our transportation department to arrange airport pick-up.

    When can I purchase airfare?

    Prior to purchasing airfare, we ask for all guests to have a confirmed reservation with us. Your reservation is officially confirmed as soon as you receive a confirmation letter by email.

    Can I change my travel dates?

    Travel dates can be changed as many times as you like as long as you give us a 14 business days’ notice before your check-in date. Date changes must be requested in written form through our email: reservations@cancuncards.com. You can also visit the chat section of our official website www.cancuncards.com, and one of our vacation specialists will assist you in real time. Or you can contact us at 1-800-871-7915 and one of our kind representatives will assist you immediately.

    What fees must be paid to use my vacation?

    A small one-time activation fee and Mexican government taxes are due at the time of booking. For more details, please contact the reservations department at 1-800-871-7915 or review the terms and conditions on our official website www.cancuncards.com

    What does my CancunCard include?

    Your vacation includes complimentary accommodations in either Cancun or the Riviera Maya, Mexico. This package is for two adults and two children 12 years and younger. Your vacation also includes complimentary airport-hotel shuttle transportation, most non-motorized water sports, unlimited access to our affiliated properties with complimentary shuttle service between our hotels (not valid for customers staying in the Riviera Maya), and special discounts on additional activities and upgrades.

    What identification do I need to check in?

    A valid passport and a major credit card will be necessary to check in.

    Is it transferable?

    Yes, the certificate is 100% transferable. However, the new holder should meet the terms and conditions to be able to use the certificate. If the certificate is already registered under your name and you want to transfer it to a qualified family or friend, you must send us an email with your written approval granting all the rights to the new holder. The email must contain the full name, email account, phone number, and address of the new holder.

    Can I bring extra people?

    Yes, you may bring additional friends or family members but you must discuss this with a reservations agent prior to your arrival. Additional charges may apply.

    What are the reservation hours?

    Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. CST on Saturdays (Cancun Time). Our office is closed on Sundays but you can send us an email at reservations@cancuncards.com or leave us a voice message at 1-800-871-7915, and one of our vacation specialists will contact you early Monday morning.
